In-person 2021 Renewals

To help simplify the renewal process, we’ll be doing in-person 2021 renewals at the shooting range on the dates below from 10am until 12pm.

  • November 7 & 8
  • December 12
  • January 9th
  • February 13th – new date
  • March 13th – new date
  • other dates to be announced

This is exclusively for existing members only and we will not be doing any new members signups at this time.

Members may also continue to renew the traditional way, through the mail. The in-person renewals are intended to expedite and simplify the process for those that are interested.

update: please make sure to bring your badge (to verify your membership), cash/check and a 2021 renewal application if you intend to renew for 2021.

2021 Mail-in Renewals

Beginning 1/1/2021, for anyone that’s going to be renewing by mail:

We request that you please send in a photocopy of your badge (and spouses badge if they have one). This will help us expedite the turnaround time.

Annual Banquet Dinner Cancellation

Due to the COVID-19 uncertainty this year we regrettably have decided to cancel this years annual banquet dinner.

Range Closure

The range will be closed 6/24 through 6/27 for general maintenance and the open enrollment on Saturday (6/27).

The public shooting hours of 10am-2pm on Saturday & Sunday will be suspended until further notice due to the COVID-19 situation.

6/19/2020 – Public shooting hours have now resumed to their regular schedule. Saturday’s & Sundays from 10am to 2pm are now open to the general public!

“Super” Open Enrollment

We will be hosting a “super” open enrollment on Saturday June 27th, 9am to 2pm @ the shooting range. Due to the uncertainty of federal, state and county restrictions and/or guidelines this will likely be the final open enrollment we host for the year. Additionally, because of the social distancing guidelines, it may take longer to process applications. Please be patient and plan on bringing some food & drinks to snack on. Gates close at 2pm, if you’re not in line by that time you’ll have to wait until the next enrollment.
